The Season of Thankfulness

As I come to the end of my first semester as a senior, I am once again brought to thankfulness for all of the things that have taken place in my life over the past few months.
-I am a senior...which means that all of those, "So, what are you going to do after you graduate" questions are being asked (and contemplated!)
-I am an R.A.- This has been one of the most challenging, yet rewarding responsibilities that I have. God has been teaching me about being a Godly example and friend. It is a blessing to be able to be a part of other people's lives!
-I have a job- After leaving for the summer last semester, I was not sure if I would be able to go back to my job when I came back (this due to a lot of changes within the company). "...but God is faithful..." and in July, my boss called and asked if I was going to be coming back to work. So, once again, I am serving food at Pine Hills!

-I am working with kids- I am attending Calvary Baptist Church and have been able to be a part of several different children's ministries. First, I am continuing to help with the Jr. high youth group that meets on Wednesday nights. Then, I am also co-teaching Sunday School for 3rd-5th graders.

None the less...I am rather busy!
But in this I am thankful...
I am thankful for the Lord Jesus Christ,
and for the opportunity to get to know Him more and more each day!

I am thankful for my family.
They have been an encouragement to me in many ways!
And I don't want to take them for granted.

I am thankful for Godly friends!
I have come to cherish the time spent with fellow believers,
and the wonderful challenge that they are to me!

I am thankful...
